Business Excellence & Initiative Manager / Marketing Director | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

A large holding group seeking for Business Excellence & initiative Manager / Marketing Director with the following requirements:

Overview:

Overall responsible for development and implementation of business excellence models as per benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Deployment of Business Excellence Standards & Best Practices in all SPC sites in alignment & coordination with sites leaders,
• Implementation of Six sigma strategy in support of business objectives (both strategic and tactical) and include planning and execution of enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assessment of Organizations Compliance to the Business Excellence Standards
• Facilitating SPC Strategies Setting & Renewal
• Lead operational excellence concepts and workforce effectiveness concurrent with Business growth / Introduction of new manufacturing strategies / Meeting company financial objectives /Meeting company and/or business unit goals in relation to safety, quality and real-time manufacturing improvements.
• Analyzing customer complaints and providing solution to accommodate customer voices in organizational processes.
• Standardize Quality approaches across company, including processes, tools and measurable.
• Extensive involvement in the management of the company’s Quality/Excellence models and systems.
• Communicate various workforce effectiveness principles and their impact on the profitability of the business through improved product quality, increased productivity and improved effectively of the workforce.
• Develop, implement and monitor all key lean systems and procedures ensuring compliance with all customer requirements while supporting cost, schedule and budget requirements.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events / Six Sigma Projects to drive key performance indicators.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or technical field. At-least five year relevant experience.
