International commodity trading company is planning to open an FBO and seeking to hire Charter manager for its new Fixed Based Operation.
Charter manager will be responsible for overall day-today supervision of the FBO and attracting new clients. He/She will report to the Managing Director of the company.
Key responsibilities:
To supervise and coordinate activities within charter division
Outsource the aircraft to meet clients’ needs
To sell charter sales, generate new business
Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
Identify new opportunities for growth, develop new sales strategies
Skills
5+ yrs of relevant experience. Well established contacts in charter industry
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills, ability to prioritise and perform well under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus
