Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or responses.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing smooth customer service to customers as per agreed service standards.
3. Grow existing customers
4. Develop new customers from both the market and existing customers with business solutions
5. Plan and execute regular maintenance and business development visits to customer
6. Maintain and regularly update customer information
7. Understand all aspects of customers’ business needs, network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business development opportunities
8. Promote suitable products /solutions and develop solutions for customers involving business units.
9. Work with other business units in InfoFort, such as operations, IT, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers
10. Prepare proposals and quotations to customers
11. Ownership of payments collections alongside the Credit Officers
12. Scope customer requirement for scanning and imaging
