Digital Development Manager | BAC Middle East Dubai, UAE

On behalf of our client, an International leader in the publishing sector, we are looking to recruit a Digital Development Manager
Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the digital systems day to day, including the company’s Content Management , newsletter and customer service system.
You will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the CMS suppliers, ensure that critical systems for managing the websites and newletters are working correctly, troubleshoot problems and raise issues that cannot be fixed internally with external suppliers.
You will also help define and manage upgrade projects ensuring they run to time and scope.
