The Role
Adline Media Network, a leading media representation company in the Middle East and North African markets, is seeking an individual to join our expanding team of Media Operations Executives.
Based in Dubai, and reporting to the Media Operations Supervisor, Media Operations Executives ensure the efficient and accurate placement of advertising bookings on behalf of advertising and media buying agency clients.
RequirementsYou will be organized, punctual, professional and customer service oriented, and will be a key liaison between clients and suppliers externally as well as sales and finance internally. As training will be provided in the systems used, we are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude for the position. Strong attention to details, computer literate, with a high level of accuracy, reliability and good judgment will all be the keys to your success in the role. Good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. While previous experience in an advertising operations/traffic/planning/buying environment will be highly regarded, relevant experience in a customer service oriented environment where coordinating the acceptance and follow up of customer requests, ensuring they are implemented as required and to the satisfaction of the customer will also be suitable. |
