Position overview
The successful candidate will be in charge for all the phases of the event. We require three to 5 years experience, major role in at least 5 events, integrity, excellent time management and problem solving attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the pipeline pitches
• Leading the development of suitable creative, technical and commercial proposals
• Determining staff, policies, and procedures for the event
• Planning, designing and producing the event
• Overseeing coordination and budget for the event
• Developing and implementing the marketing plan
• Preparing financial, business and evaluative reports
• Developing a risk management plan
