Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Interior designers design and supervise the construction or redevelopment of building interiors.
Interior designers may perform the following tasks:
• develop designs that are appropriate, functional and aesthetically pleasing
• prepare working drawings and specifications for interior construction, materials, finishes, space planning, lighting, furnishings and equipment
• prepare and administer tenders and contract documents
• Design exhibitions, commercial display stands or stage, film and television production sets.
• Presentation knowledge and preparation in details such as measurements, floor plan, and sections for the clients.
• The knowledge of using the online resources, in addition to the catalogues in the library to develop his skills and knowledge.
• Keep up to date of what available in the local / international market of materials, furniture’s, the new trends, creativity & using his imagination to come up with a new ideas.
• Presentation of the business plan + the timing schedules of every projects at the end of the week & be updating concerning any modifications with the Project Manager …
Interior design requires an understanding of building construction, lighting, color and furniture.
Interior designers may work alone as consultants or with a design group. They visit clients in their homes and offices, and can often work long hours, sometimes in the evenings or at weekends. They usually work for clients on an agreed fee basis.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Auto Cad
• Photoshop
• MS experience
• Literature researches (internet)
• 2-5 Years working in similar environment.
• Excellent command of English language.
