Airline Account Manager | Dubai, UAE

Our client, a multinational insurance company, is currently seeking for an Airline Account Manager to provide a central point of contact and coordination for all Company’s Travel Insurance distribution requirements within all countries of the Arabian Hub. Also, project, manage and support the deployment of the company’s Travel Insurance through Airlines. Your key role will involve, acting as the key liaison between the company, the Operations and System teams and the distribution partner for all operational issues such as MIS, receivables, reporting and all aspects pertaining to the program. In addition, you will be recommending, documenting and delivering at least cost to interface with travel insurance systemsapplications, claims and assistance systems as well as finance systems.

Skills
The successful candidate will be a university graduate, preferably with at least 3-5 years professional background in Airlinetravelfinancial services, who has relationship management experience. It is essential that you have good written and oral English skills, Arabic will be an advantage along with fair understanding of ecommerce (Marketing and Business transactions. You will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills along with exceptional computer knowledge particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and MS Project. You should have ability to document requirements and create process notes.
