An MNC in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING business, looking for an electrical engineer with sales experience in switchgear and other electrical products. Electrical engineer with 3 to 5years experience is ideally suited for this role with Order winning and deal closing attitude .Attend exhibitions and give customer presentations.Positions are bases in UAE to serve NORTH AFRICAN CUSTOMER BASE. Applicants should be of ARAB origin only with good command in FRENCH .To develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans .

Roles & Responsibilities
Agent management :Actively manage and measure performance of both existing and new agents & distributors in the territory. Manage Sales Team :Manage the activities on a day to day basis of all sales and tendering functions based in the Region. Procedures :Own and manage all procedures related to pre-sales activities for the company in conjunction with other managers.

Forecasts :Issue a monthly sales management forecast and report with input from company’s sales team.Service/warranty :Liaise with customer service manager manager on matters related to maintenance and service . Management/Development :As part of the Senior Sales & Marketing Management team actively contribute to driving the commercial offering and advancing the company’s Electric brand in existing and new markets.Research & Development :Actively contribute to development plans for new products with the development Function.

Exhibitions & Events : To be the lead commercial contact at regional, exhibitions and tradeshows.Managing Promotional Support : Ensure that company’s products are effectively supported within agreed Budgets. Create fact based presentations that support the Company’s point of view that resonates with customers.Marketing responsibility : Work with the Sales & Marketing Team in the Middle East as point of contact for reviews,updates and information for marketing related issues and concerns.
