The Role

One of the world’s leading footwear brands and the fastest growing global footwear retail concept. Operating in over 900 concept stores in more than 80 countries with annual sales exceeding 17,000,000 pairs. Due to the dynamic expansion plans in the UAE, (operating over 20 stores with a retail team exceeding 100) we have an exciting opportunity to join our global retail team in the position of: Brand Manager.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience in a similar management position.

Main goals will be to:

• Drive the implementation of the concept in new and existing shops.
• Achieve annual sales & profit targets in line with the agreed business plans.
• Ensure that all sales associates deliver a consistent service second to none.
• Motivate and lead a team of mid management and sales associates to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Select seasonal collections most suitable for the local markets.
• Manage inventory and achieve planed seasonal sell through.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and reviews of the retail team.
• Develop and execution of the retail plans to enhance the brand’s position and image.

Skill sets required

An energetic, self motivated, target driven & result oriented professional with strong communication and computer skills. Having strong People Management & Leadership Qualities. Must be able to delegate task effectively & provide guidance to the team. Good Analytical &Problem solving abilities.
