About the Department:Dean & Deluca, the American chain gourmet store, offer customers a sumptuous celebration of food; a place to experience all the pleasures that cooking and eating can bring. Customers will find artisan-produced food that will turn their lunch/dinner into a creative experience.

Due to further planned openings we are sourcing experienced Marketing Professionals interested in working within our prestigious brands to support Brand Management & Store Operations to ensure that the Brand building activities are delivered with expertise, creativity, quality and optimal cost.

• Communicate with Management & Ops to deliver marketing services required.
• Ensure effective communication with agencies in all markets & ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements & service levels.
• Guide supporting team to deliver marketing services, deliver feedback on budgets according to business plans & make recommendations.
• Support corporate marketing activities i.e. Alshaya web site, gift vouchers and loyalty programs, corporate campaigns, commercial strategic alliances.
• Manage external relationships including all media & third party suppliers to ensure events are carried out efficiently.

Requirements
• 3 years experience at Management level.
• Educated to degree level (Business/Marketing related degree preferable)
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in having worked in a Retail/Agency environment.
