Marketing Manager | Al Thekair Trading & Contracting Company Kuwait

Main Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Defining data requirements for trade marketing.
- Discussing with sales and management with regards to marketing campaigns.
- Aligning the company product and marketing concepts to the portfolio of channels customers.
- Briefing and providing the Top Management and Sales Team with available marketing tools for different marketing concepts.
- Coordinate with Brand Management and Marketing regarding marketing plans and marketing calendar.
- Aligning major marketing campaigns with Sales Services Visual Merchandising.
- Reviewing campaigns against set KPI’s in coordination with the management.
- Building and maintaining a network to ensure best practices on account marketing and visual merchandising concepts.
- Prepare and plan the annual budget
- Prior experience with or knowledge of e-commerce and website presentation.
- Study & Research the local market
- Coordinating and communicating with various branches across the region

Skills
- Degree in Marketing Management.
- Mechanical/Automotive Engineering background will give an added advantage.
- 5 years of experience in Marketing activities for an automotive brand.
- Knowledge of car fleet operations preferred
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
