Client Services Manager | Vizion Group Services Dubai, UAE

As the CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER, you will support the Account Servicing Team and Studio by providing day-to-day operational management and implementation of bespoke business plans, in the area of research, insights, analytics, quality control and resource management.

Core Responsibilities:
• Strengthen and expand relationships with preferred Clients
• Build, lead and drive an efficient operation through streamlining processes and establishment of markers for both Account Servicing Team and Studio
• Supervise strategic planning, development and implementation of commercial initiatives
• Deliver best results via updated advertising operational knowledge, accurate work scheduling and efficient resource management
• Pitch and win over new Clients
• Responsible for overall account profitability
• Conduct individual performance management and goal assessment
Knowledge:
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related role either in an agency environment or as a “client” within in the Fast Moving Luxury Goods sector

Skills
• A current knowledge of marketing trends, media and communication applications
• A strong understanding and ability to apply statistical and analytical techniques
• A good grasping power of technology and tools
• Ability to think laterally with logic
• Keen eye for details, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy at all times, even when under pressure
• Excellent business development and project management skills
• Successful track record managing multiple client assignments
• Good writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Passion for design and proven ability to inspire the best
• Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
• Self motivated and able to perform under extreme pressure as a collaborative player
