Responsible for determining sales and marketing function strategy and targets based on the sales plan. The jobholder will support the development of sales & marketing strategy in conjunction with other internal departments in line with the company strategy. Responsible for the management and utilization of sales and marketing staff and resources, and is accountable for the overall performance of the sales and marketing department.

Key Job Accountabilities are:
- Management and Leadership of the Sales and Marketing
- Function Assist in setting company strategy and business plan
- Analysis of Sales Reports and Targets -Markets and customers sales coverage.
- Customers relations.
- Participate in Product Development.

Skills
Bachelors Degree in related field, Masters Degree is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years experience in commerce including 3-5 years in Sales and Marketing.
- Skilled in Sales forecasting and planning.
- Knowledge in Market analysis and intelligence.
- Able to set and implement sales, marketing, and pricing strategies.
- Products launching and positioning capabilities.
- Financial and commercial knowledge.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced English language level and Computer Skills.
