Sales & Marketing Supervisor | Amman, Jordan

The Role
leading Telecommunications company in the Middle East opening an office in Amman, Jordan looking for an experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Supervisor to join the management team.
The main responsibility of this role is to deliver the highest possible level of profit from your assigned region, by driving sales & distribution, managing stock levels and costs, and implementing training strategies and schedules to ensure motivated and competent Supervisors and teams.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience managing van sales teams in either the Telecom or FMCG industry or any other related. You will also have effectively managed and trained a team of over 25 sales and marketing staff. You must be also be able to demonstrate your skills in effective sales forecasting, sales planning and marketing management and strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing or any other related field. CSMP or CSMM certification is a great plus.

Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive a great package of high salary and bonus scheme in addition to allowances and per diems.
