Mission: – Ensure the smooth operation of the Service Contracts function within the Service and Customer Support department

- End to end ownership of the Service Contracts process from inception to delivery

Tasks:

– Establish and maintain an excellent service contracts function by creating and applying all necessary processes and procedures

- Define a 3 year business strategy and roadmap for the Service Contracts function

- Work closely with other functional managers to ensure the smooth delivery of departmental objectives

- Review the performance of existing contracts in order to highlight areas of improvement and ensure excellent customer service

- Identify and engage with external Channel and Business Partners in line with business demand

- Develop an account management concept for all Service Support customers

- Establish and manage an operational control system so that contract performance can be accurately measured

- Work closely with functional managers to ensure achievement of departmental targets

- Technical and Commercial reporting to Service and Customer Support Director
