Candidates should have a proven track record of developing digital data plans, performance reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations across bought, owned and earned media touchpoints.
• Develops clients’ local digital measurement strategies and reporting of KPI’s
• Design, generates and manage local reporting frameworks
• Provide analysis to local campaign performance across bought, owned and earned media.
• Provides insights and develop optimization recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis
• Ability to synthesize data and provide marketing strategy recommendations based on data to deliver qualitative and quantitative analyses to support local market activity
• Prepare written analysis and present findings
Skills
• Solid understanding of digital metrics, hands-on experience with tools, and knowledge of various digital measurement technologies such as:
• Site-side analytics reporting tools (especially HBX & Omniture SiteCatalyst)
• Test and target tools (Omntiure)
• Ad serving technologies such as DoubleClick reporting tools (ref DFA, DRM, DART Search etc)
• Social media monitoring tools (eg Radion6)
• Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• 5+ years experience as digital data analyst or equivalent
• Knowledge of visualisation techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills
• Understanding of business intelligence, Database Marketing; measurement, testing, relational databases, and campaign workflow
• Solid understanding of marketing principles
• Growing effectiveness and versatility in oral presentations
• Solid business writing skills
• Consistency in delivering error-free work, on time, at standards that meet or exceed agency client expectations
