Generate business growth, coach sales engineers, achieve sales target and ensure profitability through the customer satisfaction.

“Principal Accountabilities

Financial
• Assure achievement of set financial targets – Revenues, Profits etc. to support overall strategic plans.
• Monitor credit norms and control market outstandings.
• Develop new customers for products and services in the assigned geography.

Customer
• Drive development of strong customer base and relationship management for key strategic customers.
• Meet key customers regularly to keep an ongoing feedback mechanism on service provided.
• Organize and participate in trade exhibitions.
• Negotiate with customer and sign EBS Standard Contract Agreement within authorized discount level, review Non Standard Contracts and give recommendations.

Internal Process
• Minimize turn around time for proposals to ensure quick response to customers.
• Authorize discount level to sales engineers.
• Brief and discuss with Sales and Marketing Manager on Non Standard Contracts.
• Manage the knowledge management process to gather competitive benchmarks across the industry and keep abreast of competitor developments.
• Review works of sales engineers and provide training.
• Submit to Sales & Marketing Manager weekly and monthly reports as requested and attend meetings.
• Co-ordinate and liaise work between various departments in EBS.

“Organizational”
• Conduct meetings for Sales Engineers, hear grievances and maintain employee moral.
• Secure resources necessary to satisfy duties and responsibilities.
• Recommend new builders.

Skills
• Qualification : University degree in civil engineering.
• Experience : Minimum 7 years experience with at least 5
years in Steel Building Structures.
• Special Requirements : Good knowledge of sales & marketing skills
Good knowledge of the industry & competition
Self motivated and team leader/Negotiation skills

Education
Engineering degree in civil or mechanical preferably in structural design
