To work and coordinate with the Art Director with the design group to conceive, develop and produce effective advertising on various medium.

To provide the verbal or written aspect on the visual images as supplied by the design group. It involves by coming up with original catch phrases, slogan, messages and straplines. It also includes all the wordings on any type of advertising medium, such as posters, press, leaflets, brochures, radio or tv scripts, web/digital, billboards, etc.

1. Meeting with the Sales Team and/or General Manager to discuss client requirements and product background.
2. Brainstorming ideas and concepts.
3. Working in close co-ordination with the Art Director- Design Team to generate workable concepts and ideas.
4. Writing clear, persuasive, original copy.
5. Submitting ideas and discussing progress with the Art Director before making presentations to clients.
6. Amending, revising or redeveloping campaigns in response to feedback from the Art Director or clients.
7. Working on various Campaigns/projects even under pressure, and meet deadlines.
8. Proofreading copy to check spelling & grammar.
9. Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.
10. Liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers, & printers.
11. Keeping up to date with popular culture, trends, and news information.
12. Attend meetings or follow-up meetings with the Art Director and Senior Management.
13. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
14. Perform other duties that are requested by the Senior Management.

Skills
Westerner preferred or native English speaker. Must have solid proven copy writing experience in media and advertising field and must have a good understanding of the principles of PR and marketing solutions as well. Responsible for copywriting in English for a variety of projects as well as writing and management of all proposals, tenders and submissions on behalf of the company. Abu Dhabi based.
