Media Account Manager | Synaxis Media & Advertising Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duties:
1. Achieving company monthly and yearly sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all clients and source new clients by visit, telephone, email and letter in coordination with Sales Director.
3. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales progress report to Sales Director and provide constructive feedback from daily experience.
4. Continuously enhance and update your presentation and communication skills, keep your entire client presentation documents organized and up to date in coordination with Sales Director.
5. To be available to cover for other managed locations and work extra hours when and where necessary.
6. Tracking of Media outstanding payments in coordination with Sales Director and Finance Dept.
7. Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed the needs of potential clients.
8. Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.
9. Respect company policy, procedures, legislation and proceed through the proper authorized channels.
10. To effectively and confidently fulfill the role and responsibilities of an Account Manager.

9. Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities.
10. Proven ability to achieve goals.
11. Excellent computer knowledge, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet skills.
12. Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking (Arabic is a plus), with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
13. Valid UAE Driving License.
