Events & Marketing Coordinator | OTB Creative Concepts Kuwait

Objective:
Ideal candidate should have events background, preferably in luxurious events, trade fairs, and official conventions as well as in marketing and public relations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the project manager on implementing set plans by carrying out the assigned tasks in the best manner in terms of time, concept and onsite following-up.
- Provides feedback and offers creative solutions and suggestions by conducting the necessary researches, chasing tasks within and outside the business and acquiring quotations.
- Provides updated list for all related vendors and services suppliers which will be used during event organization.
- Defines and document project scope and objectives, archives projects’ documents and keeps accurate records.
- Consolidates reports, takes action where necessary and keeps Project Manager apprised of work status.

Reporting to : Project Manager

Working hours : Sun-Thursday 9am-5:30pm

Travel requirements : Occasional

Requirements
-Male, presentable, age not exceeding 35.
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing and / or Event Management or related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Marketing activities
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Minimum 3 years experience in same fields.
- Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
