Field Service Engineer (Motors & Drives) | Siemens Dubai, UAE

Mission: – Attend end-user field service & technical support requests including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventative relating to Siemens LV & MV Variable Frequency Drives & Motors and related products

Tasks:

– Commission, troubleshoot and maintain Siemens MV and LV Drives and motors at customer sites, both throughout the Lower Gulf Region and internationally

- Build long term business relationships with customers

- Conduct product training courses for customers in coordination with Siemens training team

- Develop the expert technical competencies required for ensuring job quality: identify training needs, conducting training and knowledge transfer for Siemens LV and MV product groups

- Contribute to driving business development and revenue growth

- Technical support for retrofit, spare parts, service contracts and field service business in coordination with relevant managers

- Report and document all installations at customer site

- Coordinate with Siemens customer support center to ensure timely and professional responses to customer requests within agreed KPIs

- Work with Siemens customer support center to escalate engineering enquiries as required
