The Field Systems Engineer will be responsible for acting as a partner in the sales process of clustered solutions to enterprise clients in the Middle East and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on storage products, architectures and file systems

• Work closely with the sales team in the creation of strategy and tactics

• Make presentations to potential clients, manage existing accounts, and work with customers with configuration and installation of systems

• Prepare responses for RFQs, RFIs and RFPs

• Keep abreast of new technologies

• Contribute to revenue targets by maintaining customer technical information flow
