The Role

A successful and leading construction group is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager within its fit-out division. The objectives for the Business Development Manager are to acquire new business accounts as well as retain key clients. The key aim will be to generate quality leads, market intelligence and maintain key client relationships and provide competitor intelligence within the Abu Dhabi / Dubai markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker, fluent in English with an in-depth knowledge / experience of the UAE construction market.
Ideally you will come from fit-out background.
You will need to be self-motivated and strategic, able to gain quick wins as well as develop a more strategic client approach within government authorities, blue chip organisations and the hotel & leisure sector / retail sector. A network of designers, property agents and developers within the UAE is essential.
Working closely with marketing and the commercial director, you will need to be a strong face-to-face communicator.
