The Role

A successful and leading construction group is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager within it’s fit-out division. The objectives for the Business Development Manager are to acquire new business accounts as well as retain key clients. The key aim will be to generate quality leads, market intelligence and maintain key client relationships and provide competitor intelligence within the Abu Dhabi / Dubai markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Western expatriate, with an in-depth knowledge of the London commercial office market, who has ideally been working in the UAE commercial property market.
Ideally you will come from a design / property surveying and fit-out background.
You will need to be self-motivated and strategic, able to gain quick wins as well as develop a more strategic client approach within government, blue chip organisations. A network of designers, property agents and developers within the UAE is essential.
Working closely with marketing and the commercial director, you will need to be a strong face-to-face communicator.
