Head of Marketing | Beirut, Lebanon

Major Functions:
• The Head of Marketing will lead the establishment and development of Marketing Strategies, Goals and Objectives set by the Chairman & Managing Director
• Proficient in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new marketing strategies and procedures.
• Actively communicate within cross functional departments and Sales to increase general awareness of current events within the Food service industry and to share product and promotional information
• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans including quotas and account objectives.
• Highly efficient with ability to set marketing policies, but remain flexible when customer condition requires.
• Asses Market needs and demands – be proactive and not reactive to the market.
• Lead through example, develop and train staff members to handle portfolios / projects.
• Prepare Budget, expenditures, returns on invested capital, cost analysis in coordination with production / Sales / Finance in relation to sustainability and profitability of the business.
• Lead and participates in cross-functional teams charged with product changes or improvements, cost reduction.
• Manages respective categories and participates in team to ensure process and system consistency.

Skills
• 3-5 years experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• English written and speaking.
• Computer literate.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
