Human Resources Manager | Human Capital International (HCI), UAE

The most senior position in the Human Resources Function of a large Media Marketing Company, this role reports directly in to the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include, but are not limited to: managing the relationship between line managers and employees, implementing Human Resources Strategy across the company, performance management, training, and the management of the end-to-end recruitment process. In addition to being the Human Resources lead for the company, this position will also be responsible for the Administration Department, overseeing payroll, insurance, employees joining, leaving and termination.

Requirements

The individual is required to be a proactive, problem solving individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressurised conditions. A good knowledge of the UAE Labour Laws is essential. The individual must also be a University Graduate with a BA in HR Management or a related field. Experience within the Media Industry is preferred but not essential.
