•Responsible for the development of content for the magazine and for the management of the editorial staff.
•Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the magazine.
•Implementing standards.
•Planning the content and layout for different editions, including material to be published.
•Ensuring that articles are available on time and that the production process runs smoothly.
•Recruiting staff and regularly evaluating their performance.
•Monitoring operations and suggesting to the Publisher areas in which improvements can be made.
•May also have writing responsibilities.

Skills
• University degree in Media, Communications, Journalism or other related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Flexible, patient and reliable.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Preferably Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
• Computer literate.
