Marketing Administrator | Azadea Group Dubai, UAE

Role Purpose :
The Marketing Administrator is responsible forall administrative support to the staff of the Marketing department and for providing the visual’s layouts, artworks and prints of Azadea. He/she projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction and handles general research, clerical and project based work.

Key Responsibilities :
Designs all print media for Azadea fashion brands to ensure high standards of graphics and designs Follows the guidelines of the brand owners to ensure quality compliance. Presents the finished layout to the Marketing Manager Keeps abreast of knowledge of software and new graphic techniques for recommendation and implementation in Azadea. Coordinates withe the procurement department regarding print materials to ensure high quality standards. Keeps a record of all creative executions on file for future reference. Ensures that all promotional tools are proof read prior to implementation. Keeps control on the different phases of any task to ensure proper execution especially when a third party is involved

Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design* 0 – 2 years experience in a related field* Fluent in written and spoken English
