Marketing Coordinator | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our Client a prestigious Law firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team. You must have worked for a Law firm before and ideally in Abu Dhabi. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Abu Dhabi office Lawyers to support their marketing and BD efforts and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will gather information from Attorneys, prepare marketing materials for clients, and plan and implement events. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to serve as a positive role model and mentor for the staff and to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firms Lawyers, efficient and effective departmental operations, and an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements
You Must be living in Abu Dhabi and ideally have had experience working in a Law firm or consultancy firm before. You will have had a least 3 years marketing experience. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of legal and business communities in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East. Excellent communication skills (Westerner preferred), both written and oral: strong work ethic: poise and professionalism. Ability to prioritize workload, work autonomously and under pressure. Flexibility and creativity to respond quickly to Lawyers needs.
