Marketing Coordinator | HDR CUH2A Inc Dubai, UAE

As a Marketing Coordinator in our Dubai architecture office you will be responsible for the development, organization and production of proposals and marketing materials such as presentation materials, resumes and brochures for the Science & Technology programs. These efforts include a significant amount of research, technical, and creative writing. Evaluates technical content, writes/edits proposal sections, and independently evaluates and clarifies client requests prior to submitting materials. Involves frequent contact with professionals outside the firm as well as corroboration with internal staff, across business lines, to obtain marketing materials during project pursuits. Represent company at professional meetings and seminars. Coordinates regional conference, promotional marketing and design award activities. Writes and edit project histories, boilerplate materials and other documents on an assignment basis. Coordinates the graphics elements needed to develop marketing materials.

**BS in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Architecture preferred** *Minimum 3 years previous marketing experience, preferably in Architectural, Engineering, Construction or High Tech Industries similar to those served by our firm. **Hands-on with experience in production, leading and managing the proposal and interview process** **Proven writing ability** **Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines** **Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, In Design a plus** **Excellent writing, spelling, proofreading, editing, and interviewing skills** *Service and client-oriented personality with ability to handle multiple assignments at a time without a loss of quality. *Self-starter, team-oriented individual able to work with different personality and professional styles. Proven leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills. *Able to understand the “big picture” and how it relates to assigned tasks. *Creative thinker, can-do attitude. Loves a challenge.
