Marketing Executive | Dubai, UAE

Our Client, a leading Building Services Engineering Consultancy established for more than 60 years and employing in excess of 8,000 staff worldwide, is looking for a degree qualified Marketing Executive to join the team in Dubai. Specialising in Sustainability and Renewables, Building Services Design Engineering, Structural Engineering and Environmental Services we work on some of the most challenging and innovative building designs in the world today.

You will assist the Regional Director and Management Team with all marketing and communication activities and contribute to the overall business strategies of the Middle Eastern Business.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Assist in re-branding , brochures, templates, documents etc.
• Research and Data Analysis of current and future markets
• Provide market assessment reports updating on regional activities and competitors
• Develop PR campaigns for projects
• Develop and maintain Client relations
• Review and reformat fee proposals
• Assist the Contract Manager with bid preparation
• Identify new business opportunities
• Manage all exhibitions, events and sponsorships with assigned agencies
• Manage on line and hard copy marketing material
• Assist in organising team social events
• Compile internal newsletter
• Liaise with other offices to market and promote new initiatives
• Maintain company introduction in PowerPoint
• Show initiative in company image and re-branding
• Organise Client events
• Maintain Clients database
• Arrange magazine advertising as required

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a basic knowledge of classic and electronic media, interpretation of market figures and regional trade and media landscape. You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat professional is essential. A graphic design background is desirable.
