The Account Executive should take care of business relationships between the agency and its clients. He/she will be primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the relationship with our client’s senior management and key decision makers. The applicant must be able to execute the following responsibilities:

1. To manage the day to day liaison and coordination between the Client and its sponsorship with global football clubs.

2. Will need to spend minimum 2 days per week at our Clients’ offices in Abu Dhabi, therefore flexibility and the ability to travel is a must.

3. Meet and achieve client’s targets based on objectives.

4. Coordinate with event suppliers, gather activation costing and prepare forecasted budgets.

5. Prepare and finalize proposal memo for client approval.

6. Assist in coordination and implementation of strategic sponsorship activations on behalf of the clients.

7. Prepare a week by week status report of pending projects/events.

8. Create a ‘close of activation’ feedback report for the client.
