Your duties will include but not limited to Maximize sales and margin of PL in the regionHelp maximizing the company Lighting brand value in the region Select and or help develop best solutions and tools to support the local sales and the company brand within a certain segment To represent the region within European Marketing network (providing input for regional strategy development and local deployment and implementation of EMEA strategies.)Find the right balance between possible synergies and needed dedication in marketing approach
