Marketing Specialist | Alghanim Industries Kuwait

Job Purpose :
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan for the Insulation group.

Role Accountabilities :
Assist the management in creating annual marketing strategy by providing market intelligence. Identify marketing opportunities through all possible channels to maximise KIMMCO’s presence in the market Build and manage the annual marketing budget with events, seminars, advertisements Execute the planned marketing events through local sales team. Assist with the development and management of the brands built by the organisation. Content development of marketing tools. Analyse CSI results for marketing interventions, if any. Analyse pricing market wise and region wise using SAP BI Reports. Collate, interpret and record competitor information. Coordinate CRM and market visualization activities to drive sales strategy. Participate in Industry & Brand Surveys agreed by the Management.

Experience and Qualifications:
* 5 – 7 years of related experience in sales and marekting* Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proven analytical and organizational skills * Self motivated with strong leadership and team player skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment * Bachelor’s Degree in Business/MBA preferred. * Good command both of both English and Arabic* Computer literate and knowledge on the use of SAP
