Media Librarian | Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a Media Librarian, you will be responsible for:

• Working competently in the areas of: Ingest, Archive and Media Management
• Ensuring that media is reliably ingested from tape and recorded from studio and external sources.
• Ensuring that media is effectively cataloged and has the correct metadata attached.
• QC and review of content.
• Play-out of media from server to tape.
• Transcoding of media.
• Generation of proxy browse copies
• Management of media and metadata, in online, and if necessary tape-based, digital content environments
• Working in close co-operation with the Studio,- Post Production,- Engineering and Bookings teams.
