PR Officer | Abu Dhabi

Our client, a multinational company in the water and power industry has an urgent need for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Public Relation Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi. Your main objective is to manage all aspects of the administration of immigration, visas and business registrations.

Other duties will be as follows:
Process applications for employment visas, driving licenses, liquor licenses and other government related documents which require an official representative;
Process applications for labour cards;
All applications to be either on paper (hard copy) or online as required by the relevant government department;
Keep records of personnel for visas labour cards, and other registration related documents;
Maintain absolute confidentiality of records;
Process all required documents in Arabic.

Skills
To qualify for the position, ideal candidate will have a degree in any relevant field with at least 2-3 years working experience in a same role. Advanced knowledge in Immigration, Labor and Abu Dhabi Municipality and experience in a multi-cultural setting for GCC and/or UAE are essential. Moreover, proficiency in MS Office package, fluency in English & Arabic and valid PRO card are highly required. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of this role to the success of the operation of the business.
