Corporate Communications Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Role
• Trade Exhibitions – A to Z from design stage to execution (Local and International).
• Company Brochures (Designing and Printing) / On-line brochures (Designing and up-loading).
• Company Websites (Designing, Copywriting, Uploading and Updating).
• Planning, copywriting, directing and editing company and product specific documentary films.
• Designing and printing Flyers, Ads, Roll-ups banners, Power Point Slide Presentation etc.
• Media buying in coordination with advertising companies.
• Press Releases in Magazines and Newspapers.
• Writing and publishing Company News letters.
• Arranging for Internal PR events such as Sporting events and Employee of the year awards.
• Liaising with Advertising agencies, Event Management Companies and coordinating press conferences.
• Arranging for Corporate Gift items.
• Factory visits for corporate guests.

• Ability to create and maintain effective work teams
• Self-motivated, technically savvy, creative individual.
• Must have excellent team work and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative through the creation and implementation of new ideas.
• Excellent planning, organizational, managerial, analytical and communication skills (including presentations).
• Proven hands-on copywriting and design experience.
• Ability to conceptualize and direct editorial content and creative development of marketing support tools.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• BA or BS Degree in Marketing, or Communication
• 2-5 years experience in communications
• Ad agency experience of having worked in the Creative department as a copy writer or visualizer
• Excellent Communication and Writing Skills in English
• Arabic is a plus.
