The Role

A well-established GCC-wide publishing organisation requires a Systems Integration Manager with relevant IT experience specific to online marketing and publishing. The successful candidate will have proven capability to manage web, mobile and voice applications, as well as the original systems already in place.

This is a key position within the organization as they migrate from a print-centric product base to an e-media platform.

To qualify for this role, you must have experience working with Oracle based applications, client server and internet based applications, web design knowledge and exposure to current electronic advertising and marketing standards. A degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline is essential as is a minimum of 5 years in an IT management role.

Other key considerations for the candidate include:
• Maintaining the current IT network, both hardware and software
• DBM including report generation, data warehousing strategies, security and disaster recovery
• Managing all internal and external IT resources, physical and virtual
• Oversee new installations / integration
• Analyse current technology and make recommendations where needed
• Managing the financial budget, assets for the IT department

Requirements

University qualifications : Degree in Computer Science
