Forming part of the Senior Regional Management team, this position reports to the Regional COO Middle East & Africa and functionally to the Global Project Logistics CEO. As Regional Director for Project Logistics you are ultimately responsible for the overall growth and performance of Projects for Middle East & Africa covering EPC, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power & large Infrastructure verticals.

This role has a specific focus on the development of Agility’s Project Logistics service across the region which involves creating and developing our presence in the market whilst increasing the client portfolio, new business and project revenue.

Broadly, this role is responsible for:

* Sales/Business Development

* Development of strategic growth initiatives

* Corporate Customer Account Management

* Overseeing quality of all Project Operations and supporting ‘in country’ sales

* RFQ response, negotiation and tender success

* Finance Performance – profitability and ROR

* Continuous Operational Excellence

* Sales Forecasting & Budgeting

* Efficiency – cost control and improved margins

* Market intelligence/networking & research

* Management reporting
