Mission: – Develop and manage an effective retrofit and replacement service function in the Lower Gulf Region in order to achieve strategic and financial targets

- Play a key role in growing the overall Service and Customer support business in the region.

Tasks:

– Develop retrofit/replacement business in regional markets

- Create business strategy and roadmap to ensure smooth operation whilst achieving targets

- Contribute to managing the profit and loss of service support operations

- Conduct market research to identify the customer demands and expectations

- Identify and engage with external service providers, channel and business partners

- Develop an account management concept for all service support customers

- Establish a retrofit opportunity management system to ensure achievement of set targets

- Work closely with functional managers to ensure achievement of departmental goals

- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure effective customer response/coverage
