About the Job :
In this role you will be responsible for:
Assessment of market opportunities and target markets Build / assess data for customers and competitors Generate leads for sales and follow up for order Develop & implement strategic business plans and sales strategies with clear vision and time frame to achieve long term organizational goals Carry out SWOT analysis Attend workshops and trade shows

About You:
To be considered for this role you should meet the following criteria:* Degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering * 15 years + proven track record in Business Development in Construction industry in UAE region* Excellent business and commercial acumen* A self-motivated, enthusiastic marketer with strong leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to plan and manage projects and strong interpersonal skills* Excellent skills in finalizing multi million projects* Ability to prepare and present cost effective programs* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills* Excellent competency in English language & PC skillsÂ
