Sales Manager | Orbit Riyadh

This role is responsible for the management of Sales department and reports directly to the Regional Director of KSA.

The responsibilities include:
• Has the ability to convert and retain large value customers
• Introduce new sales schemes.
• Supervise, organize, plan and monitor the work of the sales teams to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets.
• Plan and set “standard” sales targets for outlets, direct sales teams and “non standard” sales targets for key account.
• Recruit and train sales staff:
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Allocate sales areas and compile & analyze sales data.
• Monitor performance and operate incentive schemes to motivate staff to reach their targets.
• Coordinate with major dealers directly and deal with any problems or complaints.
• Provide customer and market research information to the Regional Director that would have an impact on product development or promotional strategies.
• Excellent understanding of all Orbit business policies and how they relate to procedures
• Working hours may vary and will sometimes involve working on weekends.
• The work combines office-based duties and extensive travel to visit regional sales offices, outlets.

Skills
• Experience in a related sales field of not less than 5 years.
• Business skills, strong motivational skills and good management ability
• Initiative and enthusiasm and excellent knowledge of company products and those of competitors
• Good communication skills both in Arabic and English languages
• Strong organizational and numerical skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Strong computer literacy
• The ability to work in a team, delegating to and motivating the teams
• The ability to work with deadlines and cope with pressure
• Strong self-confidence when selling ideas and briefing agencies
• Writing sales strategies
• Impressive record of achieving targets.
