The Role
Based in Dubai, this is a superb opportunity for a 2ic or a Deputy MD to join one of the leading communications consultancies in the GCC as its Dubai MD With a global network and part of a global advertising holding Group; this is a consultancy with global standards.
RequirementsYou will currently either be working in an emerging market such as Asia or CEE, or you will be in the Middle East already in a significant leadership role. Your background should primarily be in public relations as this is the core business within this consultancy. Corporate communications would be preferable although those from a consumer background will also be considered. You may already be the GM or MD of a smaller, independent agency in the Middle East, ready to take the reigns of a much bigger agency with global reach. Whatever your background, you must have very strong team leadership skills – this is a large office with six directors and you will need to demonstrate vision and strong leadership in your management style. It is a crucially important hire for the company and the interview process will be rigorous. |
