Dubizzle is searching for someone who will coordinate our Marketing Specialists across the MENA region. Will you be the one?

The way we build our site, the way we interact with our customers and the way we market our services all stem from the same values that are rooted in our brand essence. Marketing rock stars are responsible for developing the stories that help bring the brand to life across the MENA region.

The Marketing Coordinator role is a breed of skills in coordination, relationship building, content creation, administration and brand management. To make it even more exciting, this role covers 14 countries across the MENA region, not just the UAE. Ideally, you are bilingual (English/Arabic) and an excellent communicator, negotiator and organizer. If it sounds like you, read on.

You would be responsible for:

● Coordinating and administrating Marketing Specialists across MENA;
● Managing daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports;
● Tracking performance against key performance indicators;
● Interfacing between Marketing Specialists and Customer Support, relating to user issues;
● Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager.
Based in our Dubai HQ, every day will bring the opportunity to work with 70 people consisting of communication strategists, social media experts, search guru’s, design legends, sales scientists, respected entrepreneurs and a world beating tech team. Not to mention that you will interact with 15 regional Marketing Specialists from different countries and 23 call center supports based in Jordan. So expect to spread the shizzle from dubizzle in a whole new epic way!

Skills

● Fluency and excellent written and communication skills in English and Arabic;
● French is a huge advantage;
● Excellent telephone and email communication skills;
● The ability to get analytical about projects;
● No qualms about getting your hands dirty;
● The ability to play nicely with others;
● Organized, calm under pressure and relentless attention to detail;
● Willingness to travel throughout the MENA region;
● A 5-star attitude.
