The Candidate
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the transactional volume and revenue growth across our network of Distribution Partners.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing activities to stimulate revenue and customer awareness, retail merchandising is a particular focus area. You will be responsible for managing the monthly marketing budget and also for effectively exploiting Operator supplied marketing funds

The Role
This is a fantastic role for hands-on, results driven person looking for challenge and a fast paced environment. Frequent travel will be part of the role.
On a day to day basis the successful candidate would have numerous tasks including;
• Planning and coordination the execution of multiple Marketing activities both ABTL and BTL for our partners across the region. It is a very hands on role best suited to a high energy person who will love the scope of responsibility and freedom to operate
• Liaise with Mobile Operators to both seek and lend support to marketing promotions and activities that generate sales volumes and awareness
• Coordinate with ezetop account managers to plan and execute activities and with ezetop Sales executives to plan launches for new partners
• Report regularly to management
• Manage Marketing Budget
Key Attributes
• High energy person who likes to get things done
• Hands on person who will get on the Streets and into the Retail locations and not be desk bound
• Experience of Retail Merchandising
• Experience of Marketing to Diaspora communities
• Strong Organizational and Communications skills, with the ability to present ideas and results through PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Able to work in an high growth company with strong, passionate people
• Driving licence and own transport
