The Role

Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world’s top automobiles and automotive products like Hino – Japan’s leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer and Toyota/BT material handling equipment.
Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the United Arab Emirates, and leads the rapid development of the country’s automotive business, while continuing to contribute to Hino trucks and Toyota material handling equipment worldwide growth.To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, Al Futtaim Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.
We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager within our division in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager.
The job holder is the central player in communication of the relevant Toyota brand message in the UAE.آ The effective communication of the message is critical to the ultimate success of the brand in terms of both volume and GP in the short and long term.The job holder will liaise with a number of other stakeholders, notably; GMASCO (the Group communications agency), the relevant GM of that brand, the product team of the brand and the brand sales teams. Whilst there are no direct reports the role will necessitate indirectly managing GMASCO personnel and third party suppliers.The job holder will also have to liaise with third party suppliers and the brand principal.
The responsibilities of this role will include the following:
• Develop and deliver the advertising and promotional functions of the brand including; Press advertising, Radio, DM, POS, OOH and Events (Motorshow, launches etc..)
• Manage the relevant brand AFM website and all associated mini sites.Content development and updating.
• Develop and deliver launch activities for the brand. Launch activities to be to consumers, media and internal sales personnel
• Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficiency of spend.
• Manage TMC marketing support.آ Ensure correct administration of marketing claims to TMC to ensure maximum reimbursement from TMC
• Provide marketing support to sales personnel to allow effective on brand communication to customers

RequirementsThe selected candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:آ Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Graduate or significant experience in sales and/or marketing within the automotive field.
