The Role

Project Coordinator preferably with experience in BTL activities;

- Promotions
- Sampling
- In-store

Job Description:
- Answer all incoming calls / queries.
- Planning of various projects from zero and supervise their execution.
- Coordination of third parties / employees / companies.
- Coordinate suppliers for quotations and delivery of items.
- Data entry of documents.
- Reporting to clients on project’s status.
- Driving license preferred.
- Sales visits / Generate sales.
- Coordinates good receipts
- Project supervision and coordination.
- Sales visits.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Prior experience in similar post.
- Prior sales experience in BTL activities will be an advantage.
