The Role
Role Purpose
. Holds responsibility for all regional marketing deliverables across Consumer Assets
. Acts as a one point contact between the RBWM Regional Consumer Assets team (Mortgages and Personal Loans) and the relevant Marketing . Will interface with the ATL Communication team to develop relevant campaigns as and when required
Job Responsibilities
The Regional Marketing Manager for Consumer Assets will deliver the following:
. Oversight and responsibility of all marketing related activities for Consumer Assets across the region
. Development and execution of marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL ) to achieve the identified business priorities across
. Acquisition of NTB Mortgages and Personal Loans
. Cross sell of other products to consumer asset customers
oControl Attrition
oLeverage Alliances
. Identify and coordinate Research requirements for Consumer Assets between the business and market research team
. Responsible to articulate the Consumer Assets Marketing Strategy
. Develop /implement a Consumer Assets Marketing Calendar
. Responsible for the ROI of Consumer Assets campaigns rolled out across the region
. In specific cases, help countries roll out Consumer Assets related marketing campaigns, if not part of regional roll out
. Responsible for marketing activities pertaining to retail channels
. Responsible for marketing campaigns related to Channel Migration
Major Challenges:
. Developing relevant regional consumer assets campaigns to meet the identified business priorities
. Manage delivery of campaigns by oneself across the region
. Manage the effective utilization of marketing budget for Consumer Assets
. Clear and consistent communication across multiple teams in multiple countries
. Insight and understanding of local market dynamics and pressures
. Providing both direction and execution and ensuring the appropriate balance between the two
. Identifying and connecting activities and resources to create greater value
. Evaluating the relative priority and impact of activities through the understanding or multiple strategies and business objectives
