My global client multinational client is seeking a Regional Media Manager/Director.
This is a unique and unbelievable job opportunity for a dynamic individual.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that media contributes effectively as a key driver of company and brand growth. The role leads, develops and prioritizes the META region’s working media budgets - encompassing the responsibility of both strategic planning & buying. The regional media manager/Director provides both strategic and executional support to the regional business units and commercial team to plan and buy media in a consumer targeted, cost effective and powerful manner and with a continuous improvement and optimization mindset and ensures that budgets and plans are in line with the unit‘s business objectives. Takes a leadership role in ensuring all media vehicles work together to deliver on the portfolio/brands communication brief and target consumer market.
The role holder improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the multi-media investment and co-ordinates development of proven and new media channels.
1/ Portfolio & country annual media plan development, alignment, implementation & management across META
2/ Media insight development and knowledge gap closing via test plan
3/ Budget and resource allocation and monthly tracking and adjustments
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7 – 10years experience in a fast and complex environment with a total experience of 14 years+ in media.
- Strong media agency background. Preferably worked both client and agency side.
- Strong technical competence in both media planning and buying across all 360 media vehicles (traditional and non-traditional).
